The proper steps of cleaning, preparing, sanding & staining wood is art form in and of itself.  This is because different wood species all respond distinctively when it comes to weathering, 'accepting' stains & even washing.  Additionally there are myriad of unique products that each have their benefits, from exterior clear sealers (maintain wood look) to semi-transparent stains (add color but still keep grain) to solid color stains (pigmented rich, similar to paint).  And from interior pre-stains, gel stains, dyes, polyurethanes & varnishes.  Integrity is proficient and skilled in these various wood tasks in both commercial and multi-residential environments.  These include but are not limited to: power washing, wood restoration, deep cleaning, waterproof UV sealers, semi-transparent stains, solid color stains and many more.
