Caulking, Control Joint & Sealant Repair

Integrity specializes in complete sealant replacement and/or repairs offering long term life expectancy (20+ years) which typically include: complete cut out & removal of old sealant (with caulk cutting tools), removal & replacement of damaged and/or missing backer rod filler & installation of new neatly ‘tooled’ sealant. Seams & joints include: concrete to concrete, concrete to glass, concrete to metal, masonry to metal, “glazing” metal to glass, gaskets & many more. Sealants include: one & two part eurethanes, silicones, poly urea, etc. Manufacturers include: BASF, Dow, GE, Tremco, Soudal, etc. Assessments of existing sealants & estimates are free.
