Integrity is well equipped, and specifically experienced to handle the unique challenges that come with Fire Escape work. We can treat rust, scrape/wire brush & paint efficiently & safely. If a client wishes to have a single responsible source & contract, we have iron repair subcontractors (who have 50+ years of experience in FE code requirements) in whom we’ve worked successfully with on many large projects. Also, we’re versed in SSPC standards for steel preparation & have performed FE jobs to varying degrees: SSPC-SP1, SSPC-SP2, SSPC-SP3 & SSPC-SP11. We shroud all our FE projects to insure debris collects at the bottom (instead of circulating around the city), and we install pedestrian canopies where necessary. Additionally we’ve performed above-mentioned work in conjunction with many of the top local AE/Engineers (such as WJE, KGH, K&H, etc.).
